Standard Rates for Expert Editing and Proofreading Services:
Proofreading: $5 per page, over ten pages $4.75 per page or over 200 pages $3.50 per page.
Expert Editing: $55/hour this includes a Review, routine Editing and Coaching to improve your writing/editing/proofreading or documents effectiveness. Coaching services are via phone if requested. Work begins when payment is received! Complex/Technical Editing $75/hour.
Intensive-Care Editing: $59/hour this includes fact-checking, extensive editing for poor quality content that needs advanced help from non-native English speakers/immigrants/knuckleheads and scholarly research to verify important items where mistakes frequently appear like phone numbers, addresses, dollar amounts due to transposition or typographical errors. Work begins when payment is received!
Expert Business Writer/High-Performance Copywriter’s Rewrites, Overhauls and New Content: $50/hour for standard content and audiences, $75/hour for more challenging content, niches or audiences. Content: Technical, IT, Scientific, Medical and all other difficult content is $75/hour. Audiences – Executive, Medical, IT/Technical, Scientific, Scholarly etc. Work begins when payment is received!
Weekend, Holiday and “Oh No Overnighter Required” Rates: Time and a half or 150% of normal rates for weekends and Holidays. Overnighter Required Rate: 200% of normal rates and work begins when your payment is received.
Rush Fee to prioritize your work over all other assignments to meet your deadline: $100, $150 or $200 for small, medium and large assignments or standard vs. complex content. Work begins when payment is received!
I refer to the most popular style guides for business the Associated Press Stylebook and The Gregg Reference Manual because I mainly focus on business clients. Yes, I do have a Medical Dictionary, Scientific Dictionary and IT/Technical Reference manual in case I need them for more complex assignments. Payments – All Credit Cards/Debit Cards accepted, although I prefer cash or check whenever possible. If you want me to use the Chicago Manual of Style, special voices, or write, edit, or proofread academic content please Google search for Academic Writers/Editors with a PhD.

Friendly Terms of Service: Payment in full is required upon order. There are absolutely no refunds since you have hired an expert who needs to be paid for his time, labor and expertise. In the rare event that you need any minor revisions, just request them by email (100% accuracy is much more difficult on rush jobs by the way so always order in advance of need). If necessary, larger jobs can be paid in two steps at start and the 50% complete mark complete if necessary (paid in full clients are always prioritized), but payment in full is due at the 50% complete mark. I offer expert editing/proofreading services, so please keep your expectations realistic only God is absolutely perfect.
